Andrew & Hannah
Andrew's journey in the restaurant industry began as a teenager when he washed dishes for a large pancake chain. After college, he dabbled in the corporate space but could never shake the desire to return to the restaurant world. It is through that passion that Andrew discovered his two true loves: mixology and his beautiful wife-to-be, Hannah.
Andrew and Hannah first met while running a bar for a James Beard Award-winning chef. Working together, they discovered their shared devotion to crafting compelling and innovative cocktails.

By affixing modern techniques with time-tested recipes, they elevated their cocktails to something beyond their guests' expectations. Shortly after, they discovered their shared devotion to each other. The rest, as they say, is history.
Andrew and Hannah decided to open Juniper to display to the city of Georgetown what a cocktail can be and what a dining experience should be. They sincerely hope that everyone who walks through their doors will sense the passion they hold for their craft and for their people.

Matt Clary
Chef Matt Clary previously opened Cosm in Dallas and The Seeker in Stephenville, where he combined inventive techniques with locally sourced ingredients.
He also played a key role in launching Alma, helping Chef Stephan Pyles open the restaurant and further honing his skills in creating exceptional dining experiences.
Having worked closely with culinary leaders like Pyles and Joshua Gianni Farrell, Matt’s passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients is at the heart of his cooking.
At Juniper, he brings a unique blend of creativity and Texas hospitality to every dish, offering guests a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
